Submitting a bug report

How to submit a bug report

1. Start out with filling out a short summary of the issue in the Subject field
2. Write a more detailed description in the larger box
3. Select a category (which game and if it¨s a bug or feedback) in the "select category" box
4. Set a priority as follows:
Low: Trivial issues
Medium: Minor loss of function, stuck in environment, floating props and smaller graphical glitches
High: Major loss of function, crashes
Critical: Blocker issues, unable to start game/play game
5. Under content/engine revision please write which revision of the game you have been playing, can be found in the down to the right of the screen while in-game
6. Fill out the rest of the hardware specific boxes


-Check the attaching screenshot to the right under files for an example picture of a bug.
-If your issue is about graphical glitches or level issues, please always attach a screenshot if possible.
-It can sometimes also be necessary to attach a so called dxdiag if you issue is more hardware specific. Dxdiag is a tool that collects your PC:s full hardware/driver specifications. This can be very good to have as a developer if you are experiences trouble based on your hardware specification.

How to run dxdiag

1. Open Dxdiag by typing in dxdiag in your windows search bar and press enter
2. Dxdiag will now start, let it load your computers hardware/software specifications
3. When done, navigate to the "Save All Information" button, click it and save the information as a text file on your PC
4. Attach the text file to your bug report
